The former steam power plant of František Křižík has undergone a sensitive and comprehensive reconstruction into a modern boutique office building with a gross floor area of 1,000 m² across three above-ground floors.
The reconstruction included the careful restoration of the historic chimney of the original power plant, an iconic feature of the building that recalls the industrial past of Karlín.
The building offers a reception on the ground floor, flexible offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors, commercial units on the 1st floor and parking spaces directly within the building. The quiet courtyard is full of greenery, with the metro and tram just a few minutes' walk away.
